New in town and needed a place for dinner. I didn't want a chain restaurant, and I found the Trattoria Fresco on TripAdvisor as one of the Sioux City Top 10. It didn't dissapoint. We thought the portion sizes were large, and the food quality was good. I thought a bit too salty, but good nevertheless.

Isreal is the best! Sioux City is very lucky to have him. The staff is always friendly and the place is always so well decorated. The ambient light and soft music create the perfect atmosphere. That's why I like to go at night and sit towards the back looking towards the street.

Mr French is quite right. We were there Thursday night and they had just gotten it that day, though they had not yet 'stocked up'. Food was still fantastic though!
